2. Website hosting and technical data

The website and the info@emigabholding.com mailbox are hosted through Namecheap, Inc. in the United States. Delivery, security and troubleshooting involve technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error or access records. Authorised personnel and the hosting provider may access this data as required to operate and protect the service.

3. Contact enquiries

Our WPForms contact forms collect your name, email address and message; the German form also has an optional subject field. The information is sent to info@emigabholding.com to review and answer your enquiry. Technical information may also be processed for form delivery and abuse prevention. Please do not send unnecessary confidential or sensitive information. Providing the required fields is necessary for us to handle a form enquiry; you may also contact us by email or phone.

4. Purposes, legal grounds and retention

Where the GDPR applies, steps requested before entering a contract are based on Article 6(1)(b). Other business enquiries and the secure operation of the website are based on Article 6(1)(f), reflecting our interest in answering legitimate correspondence and protecting our services. Optional device storage is based on your consent where required, together with Article 6(1)(a) for any related personal-data processing.

Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. It is then deleted unless applicable recordkeeping duties, an unresolved dispute or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require continued retention. Technical records are retained only for the operational or security purpose concerned and, where relevant, investigation of an incident. These criteria apply to information in mailboxes and backups as well as operational records; backup copies may remain until the relevant backup rotation replaces them.

5. Cookies and optional services

CookieAdmin stores your consent choice. Polylang can store your selected language. The Cookie Policy lists the identified cookies, purposes and durations. Optional categories are disabled by default and can be rejected or changed through the persistent privacy icon. No visitor analytics or advertising account has been configured for this launch. Links to Natura Hellas or other websites take you to separately operated services with their own privacy notices.

6. Recipients and processing in the United States

Data may be accessed by emigab personnel responsible for the enquiry and by providers supporting hosting, email, security, maintenance or backups, to the extent required for their tasks. Hosting and email processing take place in the United States; emigab is also a US company. US laws and public-authority access rules can differ from those in the EEA.

For hosting, including website content, logs, integrated email data and backups, Namecheap identifies the customer as controller and itself as processor. Section 4 of the Namecheap Terms of Service incorporates the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for these services; acceptance of the service terms at purchase also covers the DPA and its applicable appendices. For covered international transfers, section 9.2 of the DPA provides for EU standard contractual clauses unless another recognised transfer mechanism applies. These clauses do not eliminate all possible US access risks. You may request information about the relevant safeguards or a copy free of charge at info@emigabholding.com, subject to protection of confidential information.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, particularly on grounds relating to your situation. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including one in your usual place of residence, work or the alleged infringement. Contact info@emigabholding.com to exercise your rights. We do not use contact enquiries for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
